PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us youwill be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our members of staff before placing an order with us either by telephone on 01572-722-345, by email at: email@example.com or by post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Elizabeth Stanhope Interiors Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Elizabeth Stanhope Interiors Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorized, charged and processed once you have placed your order on our website.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you or may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please complete the returns form (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the returns form and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
PAYMENT & TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and Debit Card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Delta.
All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
DELIVERIES: SMALL ITEMS
We deliver to Mainland UK. Stock permitting; all orders dispatched within 7 working days, unless otherwise advised. If an item is out of stock we will advise an approximate delivery date and notify you when it is ready for delivery (delivery times can not be guaranteed).
We dispatch parcels using Citi Link courier services. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched.
A signature is required for all orders. Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at your address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot. The delivery company will attempt to deliver again before the parcel is returned to Elizabeth Stanhope Interiors Ltd.
DELIVERIES: FURNITURE & LARGE ITEM CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility to check that access is possible for the furniture you are ordering. Full dimensions of all furniture and large items can be provided on request, which is recommended prior to purchase. If on inspection they judge that an item of furniture may not fit into or through the access space or that they may incur physical injury or risk damage to the item or your property, then we reserve the right to leave the item in a safe and convenient alternative location. If the item cannot be delivered for reasons of access we reserve the right to charge for storage and redelivery in addition to any cancellation fees.
Delivery charges on our website are £5.99 unless otherwise stated. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, outside mainland UK and the EU are calculated on an individual basis- please call 01572-722-345 or email email@example.com
If the courier company is unable to deliver, the driver will leave a contact card advising you how to re-book the delivery for a specific time. If you do not contact the courier company they will attempt to deliver the item the following day. Any re-delivery will incur an additional charge of £3.50. Elizabeth Stanhope Interiors will contact you to arrange payment for this amount.
LAW AND TERRITORY
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
